Each service page contains its authoritative offer-specific terms. These umbrella policies describe the common operating posture of Public Signal Works.
Sources and accuracy
Public records and customer-provided exports may be incomplete, delayed, revised, or inconsistent. We document sources, transformations, exceptions, and observed limitations; we do not guarantee future events, legal conclusions, or perfect third-party data.
Privacy and data
We request only the information needed to assess or fulfill a bounded service. Do not send credentials or highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, authentication, or government-identity data. Offer-specific retention and deletion terms apply to any accepted engagement.
Purchases
Unless an individual service page states otherwise, Public Signal Works does not use automatic renewal. A purchase is not accepted until scope, price, currency, delivery timing, and any correction or refund boundary are confirmed through the applicable service path.
External services
Official portals, public datasets, email providers, hosting, and payment providers can experience outages or change their behavior. We do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by government agencies, source publishers, or third-party platforms.
